Apple Pie in an Apple

This little creation is so fun to make and its presentation is just asking you to dig in!

Here's how to make these little beauties:

1. Cut off the top of your favorite apple.
2. With a knife or melon-baller, scoop out the insides of the apple.  Use care not to break through the skin- you want to leave the apple shape intact.
3. Separate the seeds from the good apple parts and mix the good apple parts with some sugar and cinnamon.
4. Fill your cored-out apple with the apple/sugar/cinnamon mixture and top with your favorite crust in any pattern you like.
5.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve with ice cream and enjoy.
