Veggies in Baguettes

We had a great time in our last class preparing these delicious snacks. 

We love the presentation and what a great way to serve your guests a tasty and healthy treat.  When everybody has their own, there's no worry about double-dipping!

Here's how:
1. Cut the rounded end off the baguette.

2. Cut the baguette at a severe angle leaving one side flat so it stands up.

3. With a fork, gently scrape out the inside of the baguette.  Do this carefully so that you leave the bread in the bottom to hold the dip. Pull most of the bread from the sides and back.

4. Spoon in the spinach dip and add your choice of veggie sticks. Use any leftover bread or veggies to serve on the side.
