Oatmeal Cupcakes

Yum

Really?  Goodness --these little lovelies are so simple, so delicious, and nutritious.

Oatmeal Cupcakes:

3 mashed (super ripe) bananas,
1 cup vanilla almond milk,
2 eggs,
1 tbsp baking powder,
3 cups oats,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
3 tbsp mini chocolate chips (or blueberries)

Bake at 350 degrees until just slightly browning.
