Okay, we all struggle with it: What's for dinner? I've had several of you ask me for some dinner ideas.
Here's my menu for the week:
Sunday: Beer BBQ chicken in the crockpot served with broccoli slaw on whole grain rolls with tator tots on the side (recipe: BBQ Beer Chicken in the Crockpot Recipe)
Monday: One pot chicken lo mein with salad (recipe: One pot chicken lo mein recipe )
Tuesday: Chicken pot pie with salad (I have a ready-made crust and will likely put chicken, froz veg, and some sauce in it)
Wednesday: Haddock with green veg and rice side (will likely bake the haddock and steam some broccoli)
Thursday: Cauliflower alfredo with salad (recipe: Cauliflower Alfredo )
Friday: Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and beets (1 lb ground meat, 1
egg, 1 box stuffing, 1 cup chicken broth. Mix everything together and
bake at 350 for about 45 minutes)
