Mango-Banana Smoothie

Mango-Banana Smoothie

It's a steamy summer day in New England, but we're cooling off with this refreshing smoothie. 

Add the following to your blender:
  • One frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 2 T frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or as much as you like for the texture and smoothness you prefer)
Blend until smooth and enjoy this delicious and guilt-free treat.  Happy summer!
