Easiest Crust Ever for your Homemade Pizzas!


You will not believe this one, but once you try it, it will become a staple in your menu rotation!  Literally 2 ingredients for the crust.

Homemade Pizza:

1.  Knead 1 cup self-rising flour with about 3/4 cup to 1 cup plain Greek yogurt.  Knead this into a dough-consistency.

2.  Press and roll into a circular pan (or into whatever shape you want on a cookie sheet pan).


3.  Top with your favorite pizza sauce (no need to pre-cook the crust!).  Then sprinkle with a layer of shredded cheese.


4.  Add your favorite toppings (onions, peppers, turkey-roni, tomatoes, whatever you like and what you have on hand).  Top with some more cheese.

5.  Bake in your toaster-oven (or conventional oven pre-heated to 425 for about 15 minutes).  Enjoy!
