Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Do you need a new snack or quick boost of energy for your day?  Try these yummy Peanut Butter Energy Bites: 

    1.  In a medium bowl, stir the following ingredients together:
    • 1 cup oats
    • 1/3 cup chia seeds
    • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
    • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
    • 1/4 cup wheat germ 

    2.  Then add the following and stir until well combined.

    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 1 T vanilla
    3.  Roll into small balls and place on parchment paper.

    4.  Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and then store in Tupperware in the fridge.

    They won't last long!
